REMOTE ASSISTANCE
We offer remote assistance for those clients with both functioning computers and functioning high-speed internet connections. Simply download this file, LogMeIn.exe, save it to your desktop, then give us a call at 317.388.1989 and we will happily guide you thru the entire installation. It only takes about 15 minutes from start to finish. ( If your anti-virus or anti-spyware program warns you about this file, just choose to ignore the warning and proceed installing the file to your desktop.)
At this point, we are able to connect to your computer via the internet from our home office. We can perform tune-ups, install internet protection software, remove virus' and spyware, and troubleshoot most all other pc problems.
